How long does it take till you present the first Candidates?

What is happening when i don’t need the employee anymore?
In India is a probationary period of 3 months what you can extend to up to 6 months. In that phase you can end the contract with the employee at every time with notice period of 15 days (during the probationary period it’s standardized 30days but it can be easily lowered to 15 days. After the probationary period is finished and the employee works for you the notice period will be 30 days. You don’t have to pay any fee or take actions - you simply tell us you don’t need your employee no
longer. We will ensure that all of your Company Data is shared with you and deleted from the laptop.
What if the employee is quitting the job?
If an employee is quitting in India there is a notice period of 30 days for him that we determine. During that time we will ensure for free that we find you another employee that meets all your requirements and fits into your culture for a seamlessly transition
How the payment is done?
We use a variaty of payment options so you can choose the one that is for you the most common and secured one. Through our local Bank account in the US you can easily transact the money inside of your Country without having it to send abroad while benefiting from a high security aspect.

We are not satisfied with the hired employee = RAFF & PARTNER searches for a new employee. If a concern is raised we look in the same day after an alternative Employee. After we found one that suits you, we dismiss your current employee directly due to the 3 (6 Months) Probationary period.
What if you don’t find an employee that suits us? = RAFF & PARTNER searches any way 30 days for your company an employee for free, without any charges or hidden costs at all. After that you can decide if you like to continue the search of your Indian employee for a small cost or not.
